No. We understand the challenges of creating and managing operating entities in overseas markets and hence have established that ourselves so you do not require to open such entities. Depending on the market and regulations, we operate as reseller and purchase the products or services to sell in the specific market. This is one of our core differentiation.
Payment Methods and customer preferences vary widely from country to country. For example in India UPI (Unified Payment Interface) is an Account to Account Transfer method that is preferred by more than 65% of population, while Brazil customers prefer to use credit cards due to their installment features. We understand each market very deeply and aim to provide maximum coverage in terms of payment method as well as customer base in each market, ranging from credit/debit cards, bank transfers, local wallets, mobile payments, vouchers, A2A payments etc.
We work with global and local banking partners and can support local currency pricing where we do the sale or process order transactions, such as INR for Indian consumer and USD for US resident.
For our business partners or suppliers we can support G10 currencies globally and for Indian exporters or partners, we can do INR settlement.
Yes, we can support a range of transactions, including B2B transactions that are high value. The transaction limits vary based on the market regulations, business and product types, buyer profiles etc. Our MOR/SOR operating model allows us to be flexible and support low as well as high value transactions. While we prefer to work directly with businesses such as yourselves, we have onboarded partners that operate as intermediary technical platforms, payment gateway or payment aggregators, OPGSPs, where we can onboard you and your platform partner to serve your needs. We have plugins built to platforms such as Open Cart, Woo Commerce, Presta Shop and more. and may be able to offer solutions through your platform as well.
