What is XPaydite?

XPaydite is a cross border business and payment solution provider. We are passionate about helping SMBs and mid-market businesses to sell their products/services in overseas markets under our Merchant of Record model to make the process efficient and affordable for them.

How does your product/service work?

We support and operate multiple business models to offer the best solution depending on the market regulations and partner requirements. As example, in India or US we operate as reseller where XPaydite purchases the products or services and will sell to the consumers in that market. Some models may not be available for certain segments and/or markets.

How can I make payments to the USA?

Our platform supports seamless exports to the USA, offering competitive exchange rates and automated processing for faster and more efficient payments. Please visit our services for more information.

Do you offer Remittances?

We don't currently offer remittances or any form of money movement. However, we do offer Merchant of Record service which may be helpful in case you need to receive payments for product or services sold in foreign markets.

Which local payment methods do you support?

Payment Methods and customer preferences vary widely from country to country. We understand each market very deeply and provide maximized coverage in terms of payment methods in each market, ranging from credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, mobile payments, A2A payments as example UPI in India that is preferred by more than 80% of population and more.

How can I onboard my business?

You can onboard your business by simply filling the details on the Registration link and uploading necessary documentation. We will conduct due diligence and setup your accounts on our platform and send you details on accessing our solution. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@xpaydite.com.

What is your country & currency coverage?

While our inception was to solve India and USA corridor, we now provide solutions in 30+ countries across NA, South East Asia and EU with local currency processing and can settle in 33+ currencies. We continue to expand our services to complex or/and high demand countries and offering solutions to solve cross border challenges. Please reach out to us if you are looking for solutions in a specific country.

Do we need an operating or selling business entity in markets you cover?

No. A key advantage our solutions provide is removing the need for you to establish business entities/companies in overseas markets as we are taking that pain away. Depending on the market and regulations, we may operate as reseller and purchase the products or services to sell in the specific market. This is one of our core differentiation from global payment gateways and payment processors.

How can I get support for product/service bought through XPaydite?

We are sorry to hear that you are facing issues with purchase made through our platform.

You may write to us at cs@xpaydite.com with your issue, order details, including invoice, and other information to help trace the transaction and we will work with you towards resolution.

Any product or service related issues may be raised directly with the supplier as we are not in maker or producer so unable to help with certain type of issues. You may be able to find their contact information on the business site from where you purchased the product/service in your order confirmation email.
